What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing friendly, helpful service to customers in English
  • (Spanish and Portuguese if you are fluent)
• Assisting with payments, account details, and resolving issues
• Handling of inbound and outbound calls to help customers bring accounts current
• Staying upbeat—even when handling tough calls
• Working closely with a supportive team that’s always got your back

What You Need to Succeed:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) with either Spanish or Portuguese being a plus!
• Strong communication and people skills
• Basic computer knowledge (we’ll train you on the rest!)
• A positive attitude and a drive to grow
