Returns Associate​/Customer Experience Associate – Beauty eCommerce

Type: Full-Time, Hourly, Day Shift

We’re looking for versatile, reliable, and detail-oriented team members to provide excellent customer service while issuing customer refunds and processing returns. If you’ve got strong communication skills and love date entry-based jobs, this is a role where you’ll shine.

• Handling and processing customer product returns, entering the data along the way
• Ensure all return data is recorded with accuracy and efficiency
• Identifying damaged or used products
• Be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot issues and work toward quick, positive solutions
• Stay up to date on beauty brands and promotions so you can provide the best info

• Strong communicator (written & verbal) who’s friendly and professional
• Computer-savvy with solid typing skills
• Attention to detail & highly organized
• Manage priorities independently
• Versatile team player able to transition between customer-facing roles and data entry
• Calm under pressure and solution-oriented
• Prior customer service experience is a plus — but not required if you’ve got the right energy
• Interest in beauty, skincare, or lifestyle brands = bonus points
• Set schedule Monday through Friday
• $20–$22 per hour, depending on experience & schedule flexibility
