- Providing friendly, helpful service to customers in English
- (Spanish and Portuguese if you are fluent)
- Assisting with payments, account details, and resolving issues
- Handling of inbound and outbound calls to help customers bring accounts current
- Staying upbeat—even when handling tough calls
- Working closely with a supportive team that's always got your back
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) with either Spanish or Portuguese being a plus!
- Strong communication and people skills
- Basic computer knowledge (we'll train you on the rest!)
- A positive attitude and a drive to grow
