Experienced Collections Specialists Needed

We are currently looking for experienced, bilingual consumer loan collectors who can maintain strong relationships with our customers. Bilingual ability in English/Spanish or English/Portuguese is required!

• Initiate outbound calls to existing delinquent accounts, using dialer campaign strategies and manual calls, as deemed appropriate.
• Educate customers on the importance of building/rebuilding credit; identify and verify the customer's reason for default and recommend solutions that minimize risk to the company while assisting in credit rebuilding.
• Observe and maintain quality assurance and FDCPA guidelines while interacting with customers and creating account documentation.
• Receive incoming calls from existing customers and assist them with their needs.
• Perform light skip tracing on delinquent accounts.
• Perform other duties as required.
