Sales Support Representative

Position Overview

Sales Support Representative at Taylor DM Brands (formerly Amsterdam Printing). Responsible for working directly with vendors to ensure orders ship on time, answering vendor emails and calls, and handling customer service duties.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

• Respond to vendor emails in a timely manner
• Work on a wide variety of vendor forms
• Process call tags
• Contact customers via phone/email to provide status updates and resolve concerns on orders
• Assist with order management to ensure timely delivery, including tracking information and obtaining invoices for reconciliation
• Perform other tasks as required to meet team goals

• Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm EST
• Position may be located in Amsterdam, NY;
  White Bear Lake, MN; or Pompano Beach, FL

• 2+ years of related or relevant experience
• Strong attention to detail, communication and organizational skills, independent judgment, and problem‑solving abilities

• Knowledge of promotional products and shipping methods

Hourly wage range: $18–$19 per hour, depending on qualifications, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.
