• Developing engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
• Teaching and inspiring 8th-grade students in a variety of subjects.
• Creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued.
• Monitoring and assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Collaborating with colleagues and parents to ensure student success.

• At least 1 year of teaching experience or relevant educational experience.
• A strong passion for education and working with middle school students.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• The ability to adapt and connect with students from diverse backgrounds.
