STV is seeking a Scheduler to join our Project Controls department within the Centers of Excellence division. This role will support a large, complex transportation infrastructure program in Florida, providing scheduling and project controls support across multiple work streams. The position will be based out of STV’s Pompano Beach office and will work closely with project teams to support successful program delivery.
** Responsibilities*
* • Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and other industry-standard scheduling tools
• Perform schedule analysis, including Critical Path Method (CPM) evaluations and progress tracking
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure schedules reflect current scope, sequencing, and progress
• Identify potential schedule risks and constraints and provide recommendations for mitigation
• Prepare schedule reports, dashboards, and presentations to support internal and client-facing reviews
• Ensure compliance with project scheduling standards, contract requirements, and best practices
• Support claims analysis, time impact analyses, and forensic schedule evaluations as required
• Assist with resource planning and schedule optimization to support timely project delivery
** Minimum Requirements*
* • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in engineering, construction management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project scheduling, preferably supporting transportation or infrastructure projects
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6
• Solid understanding of CPM scheduling principles and schedule analysis techniques
• Ability to analyze complex scheduling data and communicate insights effectively
** Additional Desired Experience*
* • Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
• Experience supporting large-scale or program-level infrastructure projects
• Familiarity with claims analysis and schedule impact evaluations
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Professional certifications such as PSP (Planning & Scheduling Professional) or PMP (Project Management Professional)
Compensation Range:$61,760.55 - $82,347.40
