Senior Technical Civil Engineer / QC Manager
The role is a senior-level technical expert in land development and water resources. The successful candidate will serve as a senior technical advisor, leading and mentoring engineering staff while providing guidance on complex projects and supporting strategic growth.
Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Civil Engineer / QC Manager to join our Pompano Beach office. The role is ideal for a senior-level professional who is passionate about technical excellence in land development and water resources.
What You’ll Do- Serve as a technical resource on complex land development and water resources projects.
- Provide high-level technical review and approval of plans, reports, calculations, and specifications.
- Support Project Managers on complex projects by offering guidance on design approaches, risk mitigation, and constructability.
- Assist with troubleshooting challenging design issues and ensuring technical consistency across projects.
- Participate in proposal development by defining technical approaches, scopes, and QA/QC plans.
- Lead and continuously improve KEITH’s civil engineering QA/QC program.
- Mentor and guide engineering staff, fostering professional development and technical growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Florida
- Progressive engineering experience with strong expertise in land development and water resources
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and provide technical guidance to engineering teams
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships
- Track record of delivering complex, high-value projects
