The Lash Lounge is the premier salon for Lash Extensions with over 100 locations in the United States. We offer a complete menu of services including Perming, Tinting, Threading, and more.

Our ideal Lash Artist has experience and:

• Enjoys working with people
• Can be trusted to work independently and potentially become a leader
• Understands the importance of the safe application of eyelash extensions
• Is highly motivated, friendly and responsible!

Must have a Cosmetology or Esthetics license. Required skills of a Lash Technician:

• Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license
• 1+ years as a Lash Technician preferred but not required.
• Customer service focused, loves on your clients
• Reliable transportation & strong work ethic
• Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year.

When women visit The Lash Lounge, they enter a retreat designed to rejuvenate from the inside out, so that they can step out and face the world with confidence. Why join our team:
