- Training & Development
- Minimum of 5 years experience required
- Nights & weekends required
- Retail sales experience
- Dermalogica experience preferred
- Perform consecutive 50‑minute facials, microdermabrasion, peels, waxing and other skincare services offered
- Strong desire to help others and promote health and wellness benefits of facials while making appropriate recommendations on product purchases and facial frequency; exceptional skills to educate and sell skincare products and programs
- Adhere to local and state licensing/certification laws and regulations
- Carry liability insurance
- Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product lines as it relates to Facial Specialists
- Customer service oriented
- Positive attitude, team‑player, maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
- Strong retail and in‑room upgrade record
- Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top‑level services
- Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the client’s skincare goals
- Participate in hands‑on training as well as workshops and webinars
- Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management
- Create an excellent experience for members/guests through a friendly and helpful attitude
- Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships
- Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas
