Role Description The Medical Nail Technician is a full-time, on-site role based at D' Luxury Beauty Salon & Spa in Pompano Beach, FL. This role focuses on providing professional nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and specialized treatments that support nail health and hygiene. Day-to-day tasks include performing detailed nail art, maintaining sanitation and infection-control standards, consulting with clients about their nail and foot care needs, and recommending appropriate services or products.
The technician will collaborate with other beauty professionals to ensure a seamless client experience, deliver consistent, high-quality results, and contribute to a clean, organized workstation and treatment environment. Providing attentive customer service and helping create a relaxing, luxurious experience for every client is central to this role.
Qualifications
- Strong nail care skills, including knowledge of healthy nail practices and hygiene standards.
- Proficiency in manicures and pedicures, with the ability to perform a variety of classic and advanced nail services.
- Ability to create high-quality nail art, with attention to detail, precision, and current trends in nail design.
- Demonstrated customer service skills, including clear communication, active listening, and a professional, welcoming demeanor.
- Valid state nail technician or cosmetology license (or eligibility to obtain), with training in sanitation and safety procedures.
- Experience or interest in medical or wellness-focused nail care, especially for clients with specific nail or foot concerns.
- Capacity to work on-site full time, manage appointment schedules, and maintain a clean, well-organized workspace.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced, client-centered salon setting.
