Florida Licensed Behavioral Health Advocate

A company is looking for a Quality Behavioral Health Advocate.

Key Responsibilities Collaborate with members and providers to improve behavioral health care and close care gaps Conduct telephonic outreach to educate members on care gaps and schedule necessary appointments Provide coaching and training to new and current advocates and assist with departmental initiatives

Required Qualifications , Training, and Education Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Public Health, Nursing, Psychology, Social Work, Health Administration, or a related field 4+ years of experience in direct patient care, social work, quality improvement, or health coaching, preferably in a managed care environment Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker, Medical Social Worker, Licensed Psychologist, or other relevant mental health certification upon hire Experience in quality improvement or health coaching is preferred Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
