Illinois Licensed Group Therapist

A company is looking for a Virtual Adult Group Therapist (Evening).

Key Responsibilities Provide group therapy to patients in a safe and therapeutic environment Develop effective therapeutic group relationships that promote positive change Utilize evidence-based therapies, including CBT and DBT, and engage in crisis management as needed

Required Qualifications Licensed Psychologist or Master's level therapist (LSW, LPC, LCSW, LCPC, PsyD, or PhD) Core skills in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Prior experience in partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, inpatient hospital, or residential settings (preferred, not required) Passion for facilitating group therapy and working collaboratively Ability to create and update treatment plans and chart in electronic medical records
