Required Qualifications and Education Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certification (BCBA) PA License as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, social worker, behavior specialist, or certified registered nurse practitioner Ability to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances Leadership/supervision experience preferred but not required Certification must include oversight of ABA services
