Required Qualifications Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Social Worker (LSW) with no record of ethics or patient abuse issues Three years of experience in a behavioral health setting Ability to document clinical findings in an electronic medical record No record of substantiated ethics or patient abuse reports
