Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients in home settings.
- Communicate with families, physicians, and other health‑care professionals.
- Maintain daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR.
- Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Education and/or
Experience:
New graduates welcome; experienced therapists preferred. - Actively licensed as a VA Occupational Therapist.
PRN – a per‑diem position that offers autonomy and flexibility.
