Cover therapy services in an assisted living community.
Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients in a home setting
- Communicate with families, physicians, and other health care professionals
- Maintain daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR
- Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral, Masters, or Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy
- Education and/or experience:
New graduate applicants welcome; experienced therapists also accepted - Actively licensed as a Florida Physical Therapist
