Actify Home Care is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-home therapy for geriatric patients across North Broward County, including Deerfield Beach and surrounding areas. You will evaluate, treat, and document speech, language, swallowing disorders, focusing on dysphagia and stroke recovery.
We offer clinician-to-clinician support, per-visit compensation, direct deposit, and streamlined charting via Kinnser/Well Sky. Must hold Florida SLP license and CPR/BLS.
