FTE: 1.0 – 40hrs. per week

Schedule:

Days

Perform clinical evaluations and develop a program of treatment to ensure each patient achieves their maximum functional level.

A. Education (or equivalent years of experience):
Required for consideration:
Bachelors Masters or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

B. Experience (or equivalent education):
No experience required for hospital setting.

C. Licensure Required for consideration:
Physical Therapy from the State of Florida.

D. Certification Required for consideration: BLS from American Heart Association or American Red Cross (only these two providers will be accepted).

Enroll in Medical Dental Vision and other voluntary plans within 30 days of hire. Coverage becomes effective on the first day of the month following your start date.

Paid Sick Leave:

• 5 days in your first six months
• Up to 15 days annually from six months through four years
