Boca Recovery Center is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to support our on-site residential housing program in Pompano Beach, FL. The role focuses on client safety, structure, and a therapeutic environment to promote recovery.
The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in behavioral health or residential care, CPR certification, and is prepared to train in urine drug screens and medication observation procedures. This is a full-time, third-shift role.
