We are seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide high-quality home health services under supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
.
- Deliver occupational therapy per the established Plan of Care
- Assist patients in enhancing daily living skills and independence
- Accurately document patient progress and treatment outcomes
- Communicate effectively with the supervising OT and interdisciplinary team
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises and safety techniques
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Active Florida COTA license
- At least 1 year of home health experience preferred
- Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with a flexible schedule
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
- Knowledge of Medicare guidelines
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Flexible scheduling
