Tear down and set-up meeting and event rooms according to the BEO (Banquet Event Order) specifications;
Care for, move, and store equipment such as tables, risers, dance floors, lecterns, and room supplies;
Periodically clean meeting and event rooms including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, polishing, wiping and washing areas;
Provide excellent customer service to clients during functions as needed;
Assist with straightening chairs, clearing dishes and glassware, changing soiled table linen, emptying trash, and restocking materials
