My client, a global manufacturer in the pharmaceutical space, is looking for a Senior HR Manager to serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, overseeing HR operations, talent management, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role requires a proactive leader who can balance strategic planning with hands‑on execution.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead recruitment, workforce planning, and talent acquisition initiatives.
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations.
- Manage performance management programs, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and compliance programs.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Mentor and develop HR team members to achieve departmental goals.
- Support change management and organizational development efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience partnering with executive leadership teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience with HRIS platforms and HR analytics.
- Professional certification preferred (SHRM‑SCP, SPHR, or equivalent).
