This position operates at the intersection of relationship management, business development, and legal market consulting. This role involves helping attorneys and legal professionals navigate career opportunities while assisting law firms with strategic hiring initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

• Identifying and connecting with legal professionals regarding career opportunities
• Conducting telephone and virtual interviews with candidates
• Guiding candidates throughout the interview and hiring process
• Coordinating interviews and maintaining communication with candidates and clients
• Building relationships with law firms, attorneys, and legal professionals throughout the market
• Assisting firms with strategic hiring needs and market insight
• Negotiating compensation packages and facilitating offer discussions
