The HR Generalist
, based in Plantation, Florida
, will serve as a versatile HR generalist supporting a fast-paced and growing organization. This hybrid role reports directly to the CHRO and will provide hands‑on support across a broad range of HR operations, employee needs, and administrative priorities.

This role supports the daily administrative execution of a busy HR function, with responsibility for coordinating core administrative processes, maintaining accurate employee data, and ensuring documentation, reporting, and communications are completed correctly and on time. The position is highly hands‑on with with benefits administration, onboarding, employee updates, compliance workflows, records management, and a steady volume of stakeholder requests. Success requires someone who can keep multiple priorities moving, follow through consistently, and provide a polished, responsive level of service.

The ideal candidate brings at least three years of experience in HR administration, coordination, or a generalist capacity and exposure to a high-volume environment. A bachelor’s degree is preferred. This person should be exceptionally organized, precise, and comfortable operating within established processes. Strong communication skills, practical judgment, professionalism, and the ability to work quickly without overlooking details are essential.
