Position: New York Licensed Client Advocate
A company is looking for an Associate Client Advocate (Remote).

Key Responsibilities Act as a liaison between insurance providers and clients regarding employee status and eligibility for coverage Resolve standard claim issues and assist with complex or non-standard claim appeals Ensure all client data is entered into the CRM System (Sales Force) in a timely manner

Required Qualifications , Training, and Education Four-year college or university degree or equivalent experience 1-3 years of benefit administration or claims processing experience required Knowledge of Medical, Dental, Vision Plans, and Flexible Spending Accounts New York State Life, Accident, and Health License is a plus or willingness to obtain

Experience with Insurance Carrier self-service portals and call centers is a plus
