SAFCO is seeking an experienced Total Loss Associate/Loss Mitigation Collector to investigate claims, negotiate settlements with insurance carriers, and maximize recoveries on auto finance portfolios. This role requires on-site attendance at our Pompano Beach headquarters five days per week.
You will manage total-loss and GAP claims, coordinate with outside counsel when needed, and maintain precise account documentation while adhering to FDCPA and compliance standards.
