Your responsibilities:

• Building Relationships: create lifelong connections with internal and external customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Your goal is to create “Customers for Life” by delivering excellent service every time.
• Managing Your Service Route: responsible for daily operations of your Universal Service Route, using strong time management skills to stay on track and complete all necessary tasks.
  • Perform residential pest control, mosquito services, and termite inspections.
  • Monitor termite bait systems to ensure they’re functioning properly.
  • Problem‑solve customer accounts to address both current and future needs.
  • Provide consistent communication with customers to keep them informed and satisfied.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including customer service, sales, and fellow service professionals, to ensure an outstanding experience for each customer.
  • Apply pest control products in accordance with label standards and safety guidelines.
• Safety First: maintain a safety‑first mindset, especially when operating company equipment or driving your company vehicle. Your commitment to safety helps ensure protection of both yourself and the people you serve.

• Adhere to the NORTHWEST WAY upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer care.
• As a Northwest teammate, act as a brand ambassador—representing our values and image with every customer interaction.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• No Experience Required!
• Must be 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route‑based assignments

The role requires certain physical tasks and a variety of work environments. Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
