The Maintenance Supervisor oversees the daily maintenance operations of an oceanfront Hi-rise building to ensure all building systems, equipment, and facilities are properly maintained and operating efficiently. This role supervises the maintenance staff, coordinates repairs and preventive maintenance schedules, and ensures compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The Maintenance Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and well-functioning environment for residents, guests, and employees.
Experience:
- HVAC knowledge, preferred.
- 4+ years as a Maintenance supervisor or similar position.
- Basic knowledge of relevant regulations and codes governing maintenance activities such as safety, environmental and building codes.
- Prior experience managing and leading a team.
- Requires working knowledge of building systems including, but not limited to fire suppression, security systems, pool equipment, domestic water pumps, generators, and elevator equipment.
- Hi-rise building experience required.
Full-Time Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm
Salary:
Up to $65K DOE

Skills & QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalency preferred. Prior experience working in a HOA, condo, or apartment building office preferred. Highly responsive and able to provide excellent customer service. Ability to create and develop long-term relationships. Multitask in a fast paced environment. Capable and efficient in using computer systems including MS Office, property management software, and email. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
