Groundskeeper, Maintenance Technician / Mechanic

John Knox Village is seeking an experienced and dedicated Groundskeeper II on a full‑time basis to maintain and ensure that the grounds are in the best possible condition at all times. This full‑time position will be from Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:30 pm.
Responsibilities- Raking
- Available for all assets, equipment, edger, blower, etc.
- Police grounds for trash
- Assist Plant Operations as needed
- Speak with prior grounds keeping experience
- Drive lawn mower and golf cart
- Lift 50+ lbs
- Respond to urgent situations when needed
