Job Information
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Janitor/Custodian to maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and overall upkeep of a condominium community. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, be detail-oriented, and provide support to ensure all common areas, buildings, and amenities remain clean, safe, and presentable. Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain all condominium common areas, buildings, hallways, and shared spaces. Clean and sanitize the clubhouse, restrooms, and other community amenities. Perform pressure washing of buildings, sidewalks, curbing, and other designated exterior areas. Sweep, mop, dust, and remove trash as needed to maintain a clean environment. Post notices on residents' doors as directed by management. Escort vendors to condominium units when needed and assist with access coordination.
Monitor common areas for cleanliness, safety concerns, and maintenance issues, reporting any concerns to management. Properly use and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies. Perform additional janitorial and general upkeep duties as assigned. Full-Time Occasional on call for nights and weekends. This position will require to work Saturdays Pay Rate: $17.00 PLEASE DO NOT APPLY FOR THIS POSITION IF YOU LIVE MORE THAN 30 MINUTES FROM THE COCONUT CREEK AREA.
Self-starter, organized, ability to multi-task, as well as, good communication skills. High school diploma or equivalency preferred. Must pass a drug screening and background check
