Our Property Managers work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside of facilities.

• Assess customer storage needs, suggest solutions, and sell packing and moving supplies.
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits.
• Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.

• Transport items up to 35 pounds.
• Walk and move throughout the facility, spending up to 50% of time in outdoor environments, including stairs and large doors.
• Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, such as sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal.

• Experience
  :
  Successful candidates come from customer‑service‑centered sales environments, including retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service‑based companies.
• Transportation
  :
  Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle to travel between different work locations or for other work‑related business. Mileage reimbursement is available.
