Position Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily branch operations
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Monitor inventory levels and manage vendors
- Lead and motivate a team of employees
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Position

Essential Job Functions:

- 2-5 years of experience as a branch manager or general manager in lumber and building materials
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of building materials industry trends
- Ability to analyze sales data and make strategic decisions
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Benefits:

- Competitive salary range of $100,000 - $125,000
