Mid-Level Construction Project Manager
Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
We are seeking a Mid-Level Construction Project Manager to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to manage high-profile construction projects from inception to completion.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage the construction team to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.
- Develop strategic plans that align with company objectives and ensure successful implementation.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage risks associated with each project, implementing effective risk mitigation strategies.
- Manage contracts and negotiations with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with legal and quality standards.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and stakeholders, ensuring requirements are met.
- Regularly report project status to senior management, providing solutions for any issues that may arise.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Demonstrated experience in team leadership, strategic planning, risk management, and contract management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to anticipate and mitigate risks.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional certification in Project Management (PMP) or Construction Management (CCM) is preferred.
