Senior Property Manager

Our client is seeking a Senior Property Manager to join their growing team in a highly visible role overseeing a dynamic retail/commercial portfolio. This is an opportunity to step into a hands-on leadership position with direct exposure to ownership and executive leadership, where you will play a key role in driving property performance, capital improvement initiatives, and overall operational strategy.

The company is looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in maintaining high-quality assets, and enjoys being deeply involved in both the operational and construction side of commercial real estate.

• Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 (flexible depending on experience)
• This position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact across the portfolio while working alongside a collaborative and entrepreneurial team. The role is fully onsite in Pompano Beach, FL.
• We are specifically targeting candidates with true commercial real estate expertise and strong exposure to CAPEX and construction projects within retail/commercial environments.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day management of a retail/commercial property portfolio
• Lead operational strategy, budgeting, vendor management, and tenant relations
• Manage and execute large-scale CAPEX and construction projects
• Partner closely with ownership, leasing, accounting, and construction teams
• Drive property performance through hands-on asset oversight and operational leadership
• Ensure properties are maintained to high operational and aesthetic standards
• Oversee contractors, project timelines, and capital improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of commercial property management experience
• Strong background managing retail and commercial assets
• Experience overseeing large-scale CAPEX/construction projects
• Proven tenure and stability in prior roles
• Hands-on leadership style with strong operational acumen
• Experience working closely with vendors, engineers, and construction teams
• Strong financial and budgeting experience preferred
• Yardi or similar property management software experience is a plus
