As a Branch Manager within our Waterproofing division
, you will play a key role in leading daily operations, developing talent, and supporting business growth within your market. This role is ideal for an emerging leader ready to take the next step in building commercial acumen, leadership capability, and operational excellence.
- Support the day-to-day operations of the branch, including administrative, service, and sales activities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team, fostering a high-performance and customer-focused culture
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Credit teams to support customer growth and operational efficiency
- Contribute to business decisions through basic reporting and analysis of sales, inventory, and customer trends
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Support the execution of local sales strategies and identify opportunities for growth within the market
- Promote a safe and compliant work environment by reinforcing company safety standards and procedures
- Help develop future leaders by mentoring team members and supporting internal talent progression
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2–5 years of experience in distribution, construction, waterproofing, or a related industry
- Prior experience in a lead, supervisor, or team lead capacity preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships
- A growth mindset with interest in developing into a more senior leadership role
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Spanish (preferred, based on market needs)
- Valid driver’s license
