Assistant Community Manager

The Assistant Community Manager assists in all aspects of the operation of the property: general administration, maintenance, leasing, resident relations, collection of rent, and control of all personnel and resources; under the direction of the Community Manager, ensures the property is always maintained in good physical condition and with a stabilized fiscal operation.
Responsibilities include managing new home inventory, maximizing operating performance, directing sales and marketing activity, hiring and managing maintenance staff, collecting rents, preparing budgets, and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, three years of related management experience, customer service skills, proficiency in office software, understanding of company policies and regulations, flexibility, and bilingual skills in English/Spanish.
Physical requirements include occasional exposure to wet/humid conditions, lifting packages up to 20 lbs., walking, and exposure to outside weather conditions.
Compensation is $17.75-$20/hour plus sales commission.
