We’re hiring an experienced Service Manager to join our Pompano Beach Service Team. Reporting to the Regional Service Operations Director, this role offers the chance to take ownership of a growing service operation and lead a talented team of technicians. You’ll be responsible for driving productivity, maintaining high service standards, optimizing shop processes, and building strong relationships with both customers and internal partners.

As an EPG Service Manager, you directly influence how our customers experience our brand. Your mission is to lead a team that delivers exceptional service with consistency, professionalism, and pride. You’ll oversee daily operations, guide technician development, and ensure every customer interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.

• Lead the service department and foster a strong, collaborative team culture.
• Create and manage training programs that support continuous improvement.
• Build meaningful customer relationships and serve as a trusted point of contact.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and resolve concerns effectively.
• Manage warranty processes from repair accuracy to claim submission.
• Coordinate service scheduling to optimize workflow and turnaround times.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.
• Oversee hiring decisions, performance coaching, and disciplinary actions.
• Monitor technician productivity and ensure high‑quality repair standards.
• Manage shop equipment, tools, and software subscriptions.
• Complete additional tasks that support service operations.

• 3+ years of experience managing service operations.
• Preferred experience with CDK software.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and the ability to mentor others.
• The ability to build strong, professional relationships with customers and team members.
• Basic computer literacy.
• A positive, approachable attitude.
• Foundational knowledge of OSHA requirements.
• A valid driver’s license.
