Assist in the hiring process and supervise employees who meet all critical requirements and qualifications for each position (counter sales, warehouse, delivery drivers and outside sales and others as approved).;
Assist in planning work schedules and assign duties to maintain adequate staffing levels, to respond to fluctuating workloads.;
Communicate with employees on a regular basis to ensure procedures are followed and new methods are known and carried out.;
Assist Branch Manager appraise and document employee performance and provide guidance for improvement.;
Maintain branch operations including inventory control, order fulfillment accuracy, and daily reporting.
