Machine Operator - Roll Stock

We are seeking an experienced Roll Stock Packaging Machine Operator to operate VC999 thermoforming equipment or like in a GMP-regulated food and medical device manufacturing environment
. This role requires strong machine operation skills, attention to detail, accurate batch record documentation, and the ability to perform minor mechanical repairs and adjustments
.

• Set up, operate, and monitor VC999 roll stock thermoform packaging machines
• Load, splice, and track forming and lidding films
• Adjust forming depth, sealing parameters, vacuum, gas flush, and cutting systems
• Perform minor machine repairs and adjustments (film tracking, sensors, belts, guides, sealing chamber, punches, etc.)
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical, electrical, and material issues; perform repairs or elevate to maintenance as required
• Conduct in-process inspections and quality checks
• Accurately complete batch records, production logs, and GMP documentation
• Perform changeovers, line clearance, and start-up verification
• Follow all GMP, SOP, medical device quality requirements
• Maintain cleanliness and organization per SOP and WI sanitation and GMP standards

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ years’ experience operating VC999, Multivac, or similar thermoforming roll stock equipment preferred
• Ability to perform minor mechanical repairs and adjustments
• Strong understanding of GMP compliance and batch record documentation
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 60lbs
