Electrical Maintenance Specialist

Electrical Maintenance Specialist — you’ll play a key role in ensuring our equipment runs safely and efficiently. You'll install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, troubleshoot issues, and support daily operations that keep our juice production moving. This role is perfect for someone with strong technical skills, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to safety and reliability in a food production setting.

Requires on-site presence daily; remote work is not available for this position.

• Inspect, maintain, and repair electrical systems, panels, and controls
• Troubleshoot faults to reduce downtime and ensure smooth operations
• Perform preventative maintenance and support equipment changeovers
• Monitor and work with PLCs, sensors, and relays
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, NFPA standards, and food industry regulations (SSOP, HACCP)
• Collaborate with the Maintenance and Operations team to prioritize tasks and respond to emergencies
• Assist in sanitation and participate in facility safety efforts

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification or trade school training in Industrial Electricity
• 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or manufacturing
• Knowledge of electrical troubleshooting and basic mechanical systems
• Comfortable operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting single-phase and three-phase equipment
• Familiarity with SSOP and HACCP standards
• Ability to work independently and document maintenance activities
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and navigate production equipment
• Work may involve exposure to industrial noise, wet/slippery surfaces, and cleaning agents
