A Manufacturing Operator operates production machinery and executes filling, labeling, and packaging tasks in a cGMP-compliant medical device environment. Responsibilities include maintaining aseptic conditions, completing batch documentation, performing quality checks, and troubleshooting equipment.

• Operate manufacturing machinery, including automated filling, labeling, and packing equipment.
• Adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), environmental regulations, and safety policies (EHS).
• Accurately complete batch records, logbooks, and computer-based forms (e.g., SAP, SPIDER).
• Conduct visual inspections and sampling for downstream testing.
• Perform basic troubleshooting, cleaning, and maintenance on production equipment, escalating issues to technicians or supervisors.
• Participate in cross-training, shift crossovers, and support team goals.

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• 1–4 years in medical device & diagnostics (MD&D), pharmaceutical, or related manufacturing environments.

• Strong mechanical aptitude, basic computer skills, and familiarity with Lean principles.

• Ability to wear appropriate PPE, lift up to 50 lbs., and stand/work for extended periods.

• This role often involves working in clean room environments.
