Press Brake Operator
We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team and help produce high-quality sheet metal components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do- Operate press brakes, punch presses, shears, Strippit machines, and other fabrication equipment to produce precision sheet metal parts
- Use hand tools (drills, taps, deburring tools) to complete and finish products to specification
- Inspect raw materials and finished parts to ensure top quality standards are met
- Package and prepare completed parts for shipping or further processing
- Load and unload materials to support production flow
- Track production data accurately in ERP or related systems
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Work closely with your team and supervisor to meet production goals and deadlines
- 2–5 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication or machine operation
- Hands-on experience with press brakes and fabrication equipment
- Comfortable using common hand tools in a manufacturing setting
- Strong work ethic with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to safety, quality, and following ISO standards
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CNC experience
- Familiarity with ERP or production tracking systems
- Experience in metal fabrication or production warehouse environments

- Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- Overtime available (average 45–50 hours/week)

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pompano Beach, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.90 - $20.90/hr.
