Haas CNC Machinist

Responsibilities Set up and operate Haas CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine machining requirements.

Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal performance.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to minimize downtime.

Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to quality standards using precision measuring tools.

Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance productivity.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred.

Proven experience as a CNC machinist, specifically with Haas machinery.

Strong understanding of CNC programming and G-code.

Proficient in using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
