Delorie Countertops & Doors, Inc. is a family-owned company serving South Florida since 1999. We take pride in producing high-quality custom countertops and are looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team.
Whether you're an experienced counter top fabricator or someone with woodworking or construction experience who wants to learn a skilled trade, we'd like to hear from you. We are willing to train the right candidate.
What You'll Do- Fabricate laminate, postform laminate, butcher block, and THINSCAPE countertops
- Measure, cut, laminate, assemble, and finish countertops
- Read shop drawings and work orders
- Operate woodworking machinery, routers, saws, and hand tools safely
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality workmanship
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Work as part of a team to complete projects on schedule
Experience is preferred but not required—we're willing to train someone with the right attitude.
Ideal candidates are:
- Dependable and punctual
- Motivated to learn a skilled trade
- Comfortable working with hand and power tools
- Detail-oriented and take pride in quality work
- Able to read a tape measure or willing to learn
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Experience in woodworking, cabinet making, carpentry, manufacturing, or construction is a plus
- Full-time, year-round employment
- Monday–Friday schedule

- 1 week vacation + 3 sick days after 1 year
- 2 weeks vacation + 3 sick days after 2 years

Pay: $18.00–$27.00 per hour (based on experience)
