Delorie Countertops & Doors, Inc. is a family-owned company serving South Florida since 1999. We take pride in producing high-quality custom countertops and are looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team.
Whether you're an experienced counter top fabricator or someone with woodworking or construction experience who wants to learn a skilled trade, we'd like to hear from you. We are willing to train the right candidate.
What You'll DoFabricate laminate, postform laminate, butcher block, and THINSCAPE countertops
Measure, cut, laminate, assemble, and finish countertops
Read shop drawings and work orders
Operate woodworking machinery, routers, saws, and hand tools safely
Inspect finished products to ensure quality workmanship
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Work as part of a team to complete projects on schedule
What We're Looking ForExperience is preferred but not required—we're willing to train someone with the right attitude.
Ideal candidates are:
Dependable and punctual
Motivated to learn a skilled trade
Comfortable working with hand and power tools
Detail-oriented and take pride in quality work
Able to read a tape measure or willing to learn
Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
Experience in woodworking, cabinet making, carpentry, manufacturing, or construction is a plus

1 week vacation + 3 sick days after 1 year
2 weeks vacation + 3 sick days after 2 years
3 weeks vacation + 3 sick days after 5 years
9 paid holidays after completing the 90-day probationary period
Stable employment with a growing family-owned company
Pay: $18.00–$27.00 per hour (based on experience)
