Your responsibilities

Install diverse hardware on sheet metal parts during assembly.

Mask components accurately for paint operations.

Comply with AS9100D standards, work instructions, and production procedures.

Perform inspections to verify quality prior to the next operation.

Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.

Balance throughput with uncompromising quality to meet targets.

What you bring

Manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred.

High attention to detail and consistency for repetitive, precision tasks.

Dependability and a strong work ethic.

Positive, team-oriented approach and willingness to support others.

Continuous improvement mindset—spot and act on opportunities to enhance quality and efficiency.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and operate independently when needed.

Reporting Reports to the Plant Manager/ Director of Manufacturing.
