Whole Foods Market is seeking a Bakery Production Associate to contribute to daily production of pastries. You will follow recipes to prepare tarts, pies, cakes and laminated items such as croissants, Danishes and cinnamon rolls, and communicate production needs with the team.
You will keep logs of mix times and temperatures, maintain quality standards, follow GMP guidelines, and adhere to food safety plans while working toward the daily production schedule.
