What you’ll do Operate and oversee manufacturing machinery to sustain consistent quality output.

Follow AS9100 procedures to remain compliant and enhance production reliability.

Inspect products regularly, identify nonconformances, and ensure spec adherence.

Coordinate with teammates to reach production targets and hit delivery timelines.

Maintain a tidy, safe, and efficient work area.

Support training efforts for new hires on processes and quality expectations.

Contribute ideas and effort to process improvements that boost quality and efficiency.

What we’re looking for Manufacturing background with AS9100 exposure.

Solid understanding of quality control workflows and documentation.

Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability.

Detail-focused with practical problem-solving ability.

Curiosity and willingness to learn new processes and technologies.

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a bonus.
