Marketing Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to support our team with social media, content creation, and event promotions. This is a hands-on, in-person role where you will capture content during live events, and help execute marketing initiatives.

• Schedule posts across Instagram, Facebook, and Tik Tok
• Respond to comments and direct messages
• Post stories during events
• Track and report on post performance

• Capture photos and videos of food, events, and guests
• Capture content during live shows and special events
• Organize content for publishing
• Perform editing using tools such as Cap Cut and Canva

• Create flyers and graphics using Canva
• Resize content for ads, screens, and social media
• Update event visuals when details change

• Set up event listings (Facebook Events, Google, etc.)
• Record content during events
• Ensure promotions are posted accurately and on time

• Respond to Google reviews

• Pull simple performance reports (followers, engagement, etc.)
• Track which events and campaigns perform best

• Interest in marketing, social media, or content creation
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, event-driven environment
• Ability to work on-site and attend events as needed
• Hands-on experience with Canva, social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok), and basic video editing tools such as Cap Cut or similar

• Primarily Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• 30-minute daily break
• Occasional weekends required for events
• Weekend shifts are rotated among the team and are not required every weekend
